comes out of the hoses, and i know its all hooked up right, we even checked for hoses being plugged and they werent, has anyone else had this kind of problem and fixed it,,,or am i out my money?

i start my dishwasher and it starts lie always but no water. the heater coil on the bottom in the dishwasher gets hot and it is just 2 yrs old maytag and the warranty ran out last month and ideas will be helpfull
