The dishwasher is getting power according to tester, door switch seems to be functioning properly but the appliance won’t turn on and the panel light won’t come on. Anyone have any ideas what else we can check

you know like to be able to hook it up to the sink for washing and unhook it when done. ive got a regular dishwasher but the landlord wont let us install it, so can i put hoses on it to make it work straight from the sink?

we bought it second hand..but it worked fine the 2-3 times i used it…then i went to start a load an nothing..no power ..HELP.
