I have a kenmore dishwasher and it’s not draining correctly. The dishes aren’t getting clean and there is some water sitting in the bottom when it’s done too. 2 yrs old. It appears the element is not working. No matter what cycle you use all of the dishes are always wet. In checking the element following the cycle it is not hot or warm. Also, occasionally the cycle stops and the Hi Temp and Heat Dry blink. Thoughts? Thanks!

The light won’t stop flashing. Other buttons on the dishwasher will not work. Do I need a new dishwasher or can it be fixed cheaply.
